login into the control panel for Hosted Exchange / Blackberry

login User name and Password

once you are in the control panel select
Wireless Email --
BlackBerry® service

Click on Enterprise Activation

insert a simple password

Now go to your Blackberry

click on Wrench (Options)
advanced options
Enterprise Activation
insert the same password

wait a few minutes and the handheld should sync with our Exchange and BES servers
if not, repeat with a different password and try again.
