Don't Have Enough Privileges for Creating/Dropping Databases in PhpMyAdmin

Your user does not have enough privileges for creating or dropping databases in PhpMyAdmin because of security restrictions.

The only way you can add or drop databases is through Cpanel's Mysql manager.
